Dear Kenny and Mary,

I apologize that it took me a little longer than I wanted… I needed some time to reflect and gather my thoughts together to write to you…

Where do I even begin? Thank you are two small words, however have a humongous meaning. We could never thank you both enough for everything! From the moment we sat down almost 2 years ago, through the most difficult and challenging times, the pandemic, date changes and everything in between you truly made this experience one to remember and one I will treasure forever! Your professionalism, friendship, guidance and knowledge is superb! You go above and beyond for each of your clients! There have been times where I called worried or concerned about either the smallest or not so small issue and in seconds I felt at ease and knew everything would be magnificent and absolutely perfect!

It’s been almost 2 weeks since Mia’s bat mitzvah and our family and friends have yet to stop calling or texting raving about the MOST phenomenal and amazing party they have ever been too! They are raving about everything! The music, the decor, how incredible the food was, the fantastic service, the drinks and oh boy the desserts, desserts and more desserts!

One of my closest friends has probably been to every high end steakhouse around the world and she called to rave about the filet mignon and how she would swear she was in one of the best steakhouses in New York, not a catering hall! Everyone said the food was absolute top notch and how they have never experienced food like this at a catered affair! How usually if the cocktail hour is amazing then dinner is “just ok” well I’ve listened to adults and teens say how every single thing they tasted from cocktail hour to dinner and dessert they felt they were at a high end restaurant and the food couldn’t have been better.

David, Mia and I could never say THANK YOU enough for ALL that you did before, during and after Mia’s bat mitzvah! You truly made this experience one we will remember and treasure forever! Thank you for making us feel and treating us like family! You are definitely family to us!
The three of us are still on cloud 9!
